Refund Policy

We want you to be sure Nori.bet works for you before committing. This policy explains exactly when refunds are issued and how to request one.

When you can get a refund

• Within 24 hours of purchase.
• Your license key has not been activated on a live server.
• You have not opened a chargeback or payment dispute.

If all three apply, we issue a full refund to the original payment method, no questions asked.

When refunds are not issued

• More than 24 hours have passed since purchase.
• The key has been used to launch Nori.bet on any FiveM session.
• The license was suspended or revoked for terms violations.
• The reason is "the menu got me banned" or "the server I play on detected it." Anticheat bypasses are best-effort, not guarantees.
• Lifetime licenses past the 24 hour window. Lifetime is final.

Anticheat / detection breakage

If a new anticheat build temporarily breaks Nori.bet, that is not grounds for refund. The Macho team patches detection vectors as fast as possible, usually within hours, and your access window is paused for any prolonged outage longer than 48 hours. Note that Macho is sold separately at machocheats.com; refund disputes for the executor must be raised with them directly.

How to request a refund

Open a ticket in the official Discord with:

• The email or Discord ID used at checkout.
• The order number from your dashboard.
• A short reason (optional but appreciated; helps us improve).

Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank or payment processor.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback before contacting support results in immediate license revocation and permanent ban from re-purchasing under any account, email, or payment method tied to the original transaction.
